    About this Product

    The CDR-1 is the surface-mount version of wall remote control for use with the DCM-1 and DCM1e Digital Control Mixer. The CDR-1 is fitted with the same alphanumeric display as the DCM-1, with menu navigation being by five push buttons. When installed in one of the DCM-1 zones, it provides the user and installer with more convenient and practical control of system in addition to the DCM-1 front panel.

    A zone may have one CDR1 (or CDR1F), more than one, or none at all. Functions include selection of audio source and control of audio level; additionally, any enabled zone groups of which the zone is a member may be activated locally.

    A single CDR-1 CANNOT control multiple zones, this is achieved via the RS232 or ethernet browser GUI (DCM-1e)

    We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

    Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

    We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

    We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
