    About this Product

    BT-2E is a wall-mounting remote input module for use with Cloud DCM1 Series products fitted with an RJ45 Extension Port. The BT-2 enables compatible portable devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones to stream audio wirelessly into the installed zone.

    The BT-2 is exceptionally simple to install; the rear RJ45 connector is wired to one of the host unit’s Extension Ports with a single screened Cat 5 cable using standard shielded RJ45 connectors at each end. The Cat 5 cable carries DC power as well as balanced audio.

    The BT-1E routes audio in stereo to the host unit and is compatible with the following Cloud products:

    • DCM1 Digital Control Zone Mixer
    • DCM1e Ethernet Digital Control Zone Mixer

    If you exceed the number of  Extension port inputs on the DCM1/DCM1e you can use an FPA-1 adaptor to configure it as a global line input.

    • Bicolour LED indicating connection progress and streaming activity
    • May be daisy-chained to remote input modules (e.g., LM-2) in same Zone
    • RSL-6 or RL-1 remote plates may be daisy-chained to BT-2
    • UK versions mount into a standard single-gang UK-style electrical back box (85 x 85 mm) and require a back box depth of 35 mm minimum

    We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

    Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

    We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

    We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
