Complete up-lighting kit featuring eight powerful Freedom Par H9 IP units with the Freedom Charge 8P charging case for easy storage and charging.

Experience the next generation of 100% TRUE wireless, battery-operated event lighting power with Freedom Par Q9. This quad-colour (RGBA) LED uplight not only has the favourite built-in D-Fi transceiver for wireless DMX control, but even more wireless options are available with a built-in RF receiver for use with the RFC or RFC-XL optional remotes. Brilliant colour mixing comes from new secondary optics and a magnetic diffuser pops on or off with ease to widen the coverage area. Adjusting settings has never been easier with the OLED display with full-text and now you can adjust run times to keep the Freedom power going all event long!

Freedom Charge 8P is a rolling transport case that charges up to 8 Freedom Par fixtures simultaneously. Its high-strength polypropylene material is water-resistant and resistant to damage and its custom moulded interior ensures a damage-free transportation experience. Fixed cable leads plug directly into fixtures without needing individual power cords. Rugged wheels and a telescoping handle make transportation stress-free while multiple child-resistant latches with the ability to add pad locks reduce unwanted intrusions.

Business Customers can choose to receive a Proforma Invoice on checkout to pay by bank transfer.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. We run an AV production business and have AV Engineers on hand to provide advice and technical support during our operating hours.

Can I open a trade account?

Many of our customers are trade/industry buyers and we have already factored this into our pricing. Trade discounts may be available for bulk quantities on some products.

We also offer quantity discounts on some products on our website.

Do you ship outside the UK?

You can order on our website for delivery to the UK (Including Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland.

We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

Please contact us for a quotation if you need something shipped to a country not offered at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Please see our Returns page for information on our returns policy and to start a return online.

Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. For items in stock we aim to get your order to you within 1 - 2 working days.

Some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. These may have longer lead times which will be estimated on the product page. Please contact us for a more accurate lead time.

Do you have a shop/can I collect?

Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

Do you offer an Installation service?

We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

What courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
