    About this Product

    MobileConnect is Sennheiser’s assistive listening and audio access platform, and the ConnectStation is the box that feeds it. Venue audio arrives over Dante or the two XLR inputs, and the ConnectStation streams it across the house Wi-Fi to the MobileConnect app on attendees’ own smartphones – for hearing assistance, for live language channels, or simply for a clearer feed than the room gives them. No receiver packs to issue, charge, clean or lose.

It provides real-time audio streams with high quality sound and perfect speech intelligibility. The integration into existing networks enables Assistive Listening everywhere and at any time.

    Personal Hearing Assistant

    • The Personal Hearing Assistant enables users to perfectly adjust the audio signal to their individual hearing needs. The touchscreen control makes it easy and intuitive to use. The Hearing Assistant enhances speech intelligibility and offers superior sound quality.

    Integration and Operation

    • MobileConnect integrates easily into existing network and audio infrastructures. Administration and setup of the entire system is made easy by the MobileConnect Manager.

    Bring your own device

    • Students and audiences use their own device as the receiver. No additional hardware is needed. For users the familiar device is convenient to use. For operators there is no effort for device handling and maintenance. The Total Cost of Ownership is kept at a minimum.

    QR Code Scanner

    • The user can now access the channel over a Channel ID entry or by scanning a QR Code.

    Unicast Transmission Technology

    • With MobileConnect, transmission of audio content over WiFi to all smartphones (iOS & Android) is possible.

    We’re very selective about the products we sell. Everything we supply we use ourselves on our tours, events and productions. This means we can offer a level of buying advice and aftersales support that can’t be beaten.

    We’re official dealers of brands such as Allen & Heath, Audio Technica and sE Electronics. We also stock other leading brands including Shure, Sennheiser, Martin Audio and Chauvet Professional.

    Business Customers can choose to receive a Proforma Invoice on checkout to pay by bank transfer.

    Yes. We run an AV production business and have AV Engineers on hand to provide advice and technical support during our operating hours.

    We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

    Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

    We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

    We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
