Licence-free UK operationThe whole system runs on 863-865MHz within Channel 70, licence-exempt in the UK – no Ofcom licence needed for events of any size. Transmitters reach up to 200m in low power mode and 400m+ in high power mode, and there is no limit to how many headphones each transmitter serves.
