    About this Product

    A dedicated replacement power supply for the Equinox Pulse Tube range, terminated with a Euro plug. It delivers a stable 12V DC at 1A from a wide 100-240V input, so it works anywhere on mains but is fitted for European sockets. Worth having in the case as a spare – PSU leads are the first thing to go missing on a touring set of battery tubes.

    This unit is fitted with a Euro plug, not a UK 13A plug. The 100-240V input means it is electrically fine on UK mains, but you will need a travel adaptor or a UK-plug version if it is going into a UK venue. It is the right part for European touring or for kit spec’d for EU sockets.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.
