The AU-11CA-4K22 adds an external audio source to an HDMI signal without limiting the video path to HD. Analogue stereo or optical S/PDIF audio can be embedded into the HDMI output, or HDMI audio passed through, with video at up to 4096×2160@60 4:4:4 and HDCP 2.2. A built-in repeater boosts the HDMI output, and it can also add audio to a DVI source and output the result as HDMI.
