The EVID-S12.1 is a passive subwoofer with one high-excursion 12″ woofer on a dual voice coil, so left and right channels can both feed it while its crossed-over outputs drive up to four satellite speakers. EV rates it at 200W continuous (800W peak) with 127 dB calculated maximum SPL and a 40 Hz to 140 Hz range. The slot-loaded, weatherised cabinet can be painted to suit the room and comes with wall-mounting hardware.
