    About this Product

    The Sennheiser AWM 1G8 is an active directional antenna built solely for the 1G8 band (1785-1805MHz) used by EW-D and EW-DX 1G8 systems, the out-of-UHF alternative for congested sites. At least +6dBi of gain across a 110-degree pattern, powered over the BNC or a DC jack, with tripod thread and VESA 100 mounting built in.

    UK licensingWithin the 1G8 band, 1795-1800MHz is licence-exempt for wireless microphones in the UK; the rest of 1785-1805MHz needs an Ofcom PMSE licence. Check the frequencies your system actually uses.
