Yes. IP65 is dust tight and protected against water jets from any direction, the usual rating for outdoor stage and festival use.

How is this controlled?

Over DMX. Address it from the fixture menu and patch it on any DMX console or interface.

Can I link the power between fixtures?

Yes. PowerTwist TR1 input and output allow fixtures to be linked from a single mains feed. Each unit draws around 730W, so total the load against your feed before linking a long run.

What warranty does this come with?

2 years as standard, covered by the manufacturer warranty. Keep your order confirmation, as it is the proof of purchase date for any claim.

About this Product

The ADJ Vizi Pix Z19 is a high-output moving head wash with motorised zoom, built around nineteen 30W RGBL LEDs for rich colour output and virtual CMY mixing. A 30-cell pixel-mappable RGB background array and a 40-LED RGB halo ring (3-channel control) make it well equipped for complex eye-candy patterns and chase effects. Full network control via DMX, Art-Net, sACN and Aria X2 wireless plus RDM make it well suited to professional tours and broadcast studios.

We’re a working touring and events production company founded in 2019 by sound engineers with many years of experience.

We’re very selective about the products we sell. Everything we supply we use ourselves on our tours, events and productions. This means we can offer a level of buying advice and aftersales support that can’t be beaten.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. We also offer finance through Paypal Credit and Klarna.

Business Customers can choose to receive a Proforma Invoice on checkout to pay by bank transfer.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. We run an AV production business and have AV Engineers on hand to provide advice and technical support during our operating hours.

Can I open a trade account?

Many of our customers are trade/industry buyers and we have already factored this into our pricing. Trade discounts may be available for bulk quantities on some products.

We also offer quantity discounts on some products on our website.

Do you ship outside the UK?

You can order on our website for delivery to the UK (Including Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland.

We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

Please contact us for a quotation if you need something shipped to a country not offered at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Please see our Returns page for information on our returns policy and to start a return online.

Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. For items in stock we aim to get your order to you within 1 - 2 working days.

Some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. These may have longer lead times which will be estimated on the product page. Please contact us for a more accurate lead time.

Do you have a shop/can I collect?

Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

Do you offer an Installation service?

We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

What courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.

Tracking for your order is provided on dispatch.
