How many channels does it fit in a rack unit?

Four independent diversity channels in a single 1U slot, each with its own front-panel LCD. That density is the main reason it gets specified for theatre, houses of worship and corporate AV.

What is the audio quality and latency?

24-bit, 48 kHz audio with 2.8 ms system latency and dynamic range above 118 dB. Audio frequency response is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, depending on the microphone used.

Can I link several receivers to one antenna pair?

Yes. BNC cascade antenna ports link receivers together, which saves running separate antennas for every unit in a multi-channel rack.

Can it be monitored remotely?

Yes. Ethernet control and monitoring works with Wireless Workbench and ShurePlus Channels. Transmission is secured with AES-256 encryption, and RF power is switchable between 1 mW and 10 mW.

You can order on our website for delivery to the UK (Including Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland.

We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

Can I return an item?

Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. For items in stock we aim to get your order to you within 1 - 2 working days.

Do you have a shop/can I collect?

Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

Do you offer an Installation service?

We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.
