About this Product

The Mercury SDVC-300 lets you power 110-120V equipment built for US mains from a standard 230-240V UK outlet, which is useful for imported audio, lighting and backline kit and for touring gear from North America. It is rated at 300W, so check the power rating of the equipment you connect is within that figure. The output voltage is half the input voltage, giving 120V from a 240V supply. It changes voltage only; the 50Hz mains frequency is unchanged. A neon on/off switch shows when the converter is live, the fuse is mounted on the front for easy access, and it connects to the mains with a 3-core lead. UK version.
