Aluminium truss for production work, stocked in depth across the Global Truss catalogue with support from LEDJ, VMB, Konligo, Equinox and Kuzar. The range spans compact display truss in F14 and F24, single tube F31, ladder F32, triangle F33 and square F34 profiles, up to the heavier F44 and five-chord F45 series, alongside ground support systems, pre rig truss, stage roof systems and the modular rigging system. Corners, circles, base plates, corner braces, covers, dollies and spare conicals and pins are broken out into their own sub-categories so restocking consumables is quick.

Two decisions drive everything else. First the profile: pick a series that suits the spans and loads of your typical jobs, then stay inside it, so every piece in the warehouse connects to every other piece. Second the connection system: Global Truss runs Standard and PL variants of the same profiles, each with its own conicals, bullet pins and spacers, and the two do not mix without the dedicated truss adaptors. Mixed inventories are the most common source of on-site problems, and they are usually discovered when a crew is already on the clock. If you are adding to existing stock, match what you own before anything else, and send us a photograph of a corner casting if you are unsure which series it is.

Consumables are the other practical point. Bullet pins, R clips and conicals walk off site steadily across a season, and most crews order them in packs rather than singly for exactly that reason. Base plates, stackers and trolleys decide how quickly a rig loads in and how safely it stores, and truss covers extend the working life of stock that spends its life in vans.

On scope: we supply the hardware, the manufacturer part numbers and the documentation that comes with it. We do not publish load figures, span tables or rigging instruction, because loading, bracing, ground conditions and the design of a structure are specific to the job and belong with the rigger or structural engineer responsible for signing it off. Can I span any distance if the truss fits together? No, every series has load tables by span and loading pattern. Check the manufacturer tables against your worst case, and involve a rigger for anything flown over people; our chain hoist guide covers the lifting side.
