    About this Product

    The Penn Elcom W0985-AUTO is an industry-standard 100mm swivel castor with braking lever and automatic self-centring swivel (it returns to its starting alignment when the case is lifted), suitable for flightcases, rack cabinets and mobile production furniture. Penn Elcom castors are the de-facto standard for pro touring cases, if you’re replacing wheels on an existing flightcase, you’re almost certainly looking for one of these.

    Yes. We run an AV production business and have AV Engineers on hand to provide advice and technical support during our operating hours.

    We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

    Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

    We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

    We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
