The ChamSys GeNetix GN5 is a 5-port Ethernet-to-DMX node supporting Art-Net and sACN, suited to medium-scale permanent installations and touring rigs. Each of the 5 RDM DMX ports can be set as an input or an output. It also has LTC timecode in and out, MIDI in and out, a 10Scene port for scene recall, 2 network ports, USB-C, and a built-in display and encoder for setup without a computer. Connected by USB it fully unlocks MagicQ PC, and over the network it fully unlocks up to 2 MagicQ instances. A 1U unit for DIN rail (clip included) or a 19in rack (ears included). Power is mains via powerCON TRUE1 (cable included) or PoE into network port 1.

Art-Net and sACNAll GeNetix GN nodes support both Art-Net and sACN (E1.31) protocols and are fully RDM-compliant. Configuration is via the built-in web server or directly from ChamSys MagicQ consoles via network discovery, no separate node management software required.
