    2-Pair vs 1-PairMost 5-pin DMX cables on the market only carry a single screened pair. The full DMX512-A standard specifies two pairs, the second pair is reserved for an optional return path or secondary data link. If you are buying for a fixed install, large-scale touring rig, or anything specified for 2-pair DMX cabling, the 2-pair build is the correct specification.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.
