    This Tourspec DMX cable carries DMX512 lighting control over a full 50m run, terminated with weatherproof 5-pin Seetronic IP XLR connectors (male to female). It is built for long outdoor cable pulls, architectural installs and touring rigs where standard XLR connectors would let water in.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

    Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

    We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
