    Amazing customer service, amazing help and advice. Quick response from the team and follow up. The product itself works like a my dmx.3.0 smaller box, as that is what was broken, and ment us buying this as an upgrade on the smaller box. They both work in the sma way. Except this on can work as a stand alone unit . The instructions on line dose not specify that this product works like the smaller box, and that’s what confused my team, when checking it out. But it does and works really well.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused.
