    About this Product

    The Neutrik NE8MXR-B-TOP is a ruggedised etherCON RJ45 cable connector in black, built for touring, broadcast and live-event data links. The ruggedised (R) shell and integral latch give a locking, strain-relieved RJ45 termination that stands up to the knocks and pull that kill bare network plugs on the road.

    TOP VariantAn etherCON TOP cable connector: IP65 when mated with etherCON TOP receptacles or with the SCMX-TOP sealing cap fitted, with UV- and corrosion-resistant materials for outdoor use. The retractable carrier shell lets it plug into common RJ45 sockets without risk of losing the shell. Takes a standard RJ45 plug (not supplied) on non pre-assembled cable, 5.5 to 8 mm OD.

    We’re very selective about the products we sell. Everything we supply we use ourselves on our tours, events and productions. This means we can offer a level of buying advice and aftersales support that can’t be beaten.

    We’re official dealers of brands such as Allen & Heath, Audio Technica and sE Electronics. We also stock other leading brands including Shure, Sennheiser, Martin Audio and Chauvet Professional.

    Business Customers can choose to receive a Proforma Invoice on checkout to pay by bank transfer.

    Yes. We run an AV production business and have AV Engineers on hand to provide advice and technical support during our operating hours.

    The quickest way to contact us for advice and support is through WhatsApp or Email.

    Many of our customers are trade/industry buyers and we have already factored this into our pricing. Trade discounts may be available for bulk quantities on some products.

    We also offer quantity discounts on some products on our website.

    You can order on our website for delivery to the UK (Including Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland.

    We can ship many items to the EU and other countries worldwide. Our dealer agreements may prevent us sending some items to certain countries.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. For items in stock we aim to get your order to you within 1 - 2 working days.

    Some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. These may have longer lead times which will be estimated on the product page. Please contact us for a more accurate lead time.

    Yes. We have a trade counter near Wembley Stadium, London. Many of our most popular items are stocked here for immediate collection.

    Stock availability is shown on every product page and is updated in real time. Items not stocked at our Wembley branch can usually be collected next day.

    We're currently not able to offer an installation service due to the rapid growth of Stage Supply.

    We hope to be able to offer this service again in the future.

    We use Royal Mail for smaller items, FedEx and Parcelforce for larger items and The Pallet Network for Pallet delivery items.
