Dispatch and delivery times
- In stock at Wembley: order before 3pm Monday–Friday and your order is dispatched the same working day. Royal Mail and FedEx then typically deliver the next working day — allow up to two.
- Available from our suppliers: some items ship to us from the manufacturer or distributor first. The lead time is always shown on the product page (for example “more available from supplier in 5 working days”), and we dispatch the moment it arrives with us.
- Every product page shows a live estimate — “Order in … for delivery by …” — based on real stock at our warehouse, so what you see is what actually happens.
Click & Collect
Collect for free from us at Stage Supply, 16A Main Drive, Wembley, London HA9 7NA. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and you’ll see the date your order will be ready — often the next working day. We’ll confirm as soon as it’s ready to pick up. Collections are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm; please bring your order confirmation.
Large and palletised deliveries
Staging, truss packages and other oversize orders travel on a pallet service rather than a parcel courier. A few things worth knowing:
- Pallet deliveries are excluded from the free-delivery offer — the cost is calculated for your order at checkout.
- We’ll contact you after you order to agree a delivery date that suits you.
- Deliveries are typically made to the kerbside by tail-lift vehicle — if access at your venue or address is restricted, call us on 0330 043 8650 before ordering and we’ll plan around it.
