    About this Product

    The Transcension universal power supply (12V DC, 2A) is the replacement PSU for Transcension DMX controllers and similar 12V equipment, universal 100-240V input with four snap-on regional pin heads (UK, EU, US, AU), a 1.5m lead and the standard 2.1mm positive-centre barrel plug. The spare that gets a controller working again the same day.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (14 days for business customers) - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.
