    About this Product

    The Biamp Apprimo TEC-X 2000 (920-10862-20000) is an Ethernet-based control pad for Tesira systems, supporting up to 12 on-screen interface buttons on a high-contrast capacitive touch LCD. Button functions are programmed in Tesira design software, and an assignable RGB LED bar gives feedback for mute and system state. It is PoE powered over a single CAT5e/CAT6 cable, and up to four devices can be daisy chained.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.

    Yes. Through Moventra we can install across the UK.
