    About this Product

    The BSS Contrio EC-V is a Soundweb London Ethernet wall controller for Harman HiQnet systems, built around a single push/rotary encoder and backlit encoder ring. It provides clean, single-knob volume and mute control for BSS Soundweb London and other HiQnet devices, including Crown DCi series amplifiers.

    This is the EU single-gang variant. Configured by drag-and-drop within HiQnet Audio Architect. Also available in single-gang US Decora form factor and in black or white.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.

    Yes. Through Moventra we can install across the UK.
