We’ve put together a list of common questions we’ve been asked. If your question isn’t covered here please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

Ordering & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit/Credit cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer. Credit and Debit card payments are processed securely by Lloyds Cardnet.

We provide finance options for non business customers with Paypal Credit, and finance for business customers with Iwoca Pay.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 working days, depending on stock levels/product availability. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email.

What courier do you use?

We use DPD. You will receive an email when DPD have collected your parcel, and another email on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour time window.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Simply choose collection from Stage Supply when checking out. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from our North West London warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in.

  • Items special-ordered at a customer's request may be returned at our discretion only.
  • Custom orders or any items that have been modified are non-refundable.
  • Items where there may be a hygiene concern if the product is used may only be returned if the packaging is factory sealed and unopened (e.g. Earphones or Clothing).
  • Similarly, software and other licensed items may only be returned if the product packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way. Digital software licenses cannot be refunded once the registered/ license key is applied.
  • We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund if the goods you are returning have been damaged, devalued, or used otherwise in accordance with what would be deemed reasonable, normal use, or do not include all original content/ packaging.
  • The return period starts from the date your order is delivered.
What about delivery costs?

Unless your item is faulty, you’ll need to cover the delivery costs for any returns or exchanges. In the UK, a standard home collection is usually £15 per parcel, though this may be higher for bulky items or international returns. Please ensure someone is available for the collection, as rebooking a missed appointment will result in an extra fee.

You are also welcome to arrange your own return shipping—we recommend using a tracked and insured service. If you choose this option, please get in touch with us first for the required paperwork. Note that we only refund delivery fees if the item is faulty; premium shipping upgrades (like Saturday delivery) are non-refundable.

When will I be refunded?

When we've recieved your return and processed it, we will refund you using your original payment method. Refunds can take 3 - 5 working days to show up in your account.

Can I exchange my order?

You can exchange your order for another product providing the original order is returned in an unopened and unused condition, and within 14 days of delivery.

Paypal Credit

What is Paypal Credit?

PayPal Credit is a regulated credit product. It gives you a credit limit which can be used for promotional offers or making purchases at your standard variable rate online and now, with the PayPal Credit Card, in-store too.

If your application is successful, PayPal Credit will be available as a funding source within your PayPal wallet and can be used for purchases in most places where PayPal is accepted. With the PayPal Credit Card, you can also use your credit limit anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

You can make purchases by selecting PayPal Credit at checkout, or by using your PayPal Credit Card.

PayPal Credit will provide you with a monthly statement showing your transactions and detailing the minimum repayment amount. Repayments can be made by monthly direct debit, directly from your PayPal account or by speaking to our customer service agents. For further information on how you can pay your PayPal Credit balance, see the ‘Make a Payment’ section below.

For purchases less than £99.00, interest is charged at your standard variable rate if the full amount is not paid off by the date shown on your statement.

In addition, PayPal Credit lets you access two types of promotional offers:

  • 0.00% for 4 months on all purchases of £99.00 and over;
  • Instalment offers with selected merchants (not available with the PayPal Credit Card)

If you use any of these promotional offers, they will also be detailed on your monthly statement, as well as in the PayPal Credit section of your PayPal account.

How are minimum repayments calculated?

Your monthly minimum repayment will be shown in each statement and in the PayPal Credit section of your PayPal account. Any offers you have are also detailed in these locations.

Your minimum repayment amount is calculated based on your purchases, and will include:

  • Any instalment offers payments due for that month +
  • 2% or 2.5% of the outstanding balance (depending on your credit agreement terms (The outstanding balance excludes any instalment offer balances, but includes any 0% for 4-month offer balances); or the full balance if this is £5 or less +
  • Any interest, charges, and arrears.

Here’s an example of how your minimum repayment is calculated (in this example we haven't shown any interest on the standard balance):

£600 at 0% Instalment offer (spread over 6 months)

  • The minimum repayment is £100.00

£300 standard balance

  • The minimum repayment is as follows: 2.00% of £300.00 = £6.00

£100 at 0% for 4 month balance

  • The minimum repayment is as follows: 2.00% of £100.00 = £2.00

If you had all of the above balances on your account, your minimum repayment would be £100.00 + £6.00 + £2.00 = £108.00 plus any interest, charges, and arrears owing.

How does the 0% for 4 months offer work?

0% interest for 4 months is available on single transactions of £99 or more. This means when you spend more than £99 in one shopping basket, you’ll benefit from the offer and won’t be charged any interest on that transaction for 4 months after purchase. This applies automatically to any purchase made using PayPal Credit in excess of this value, except those to which another promotional offer (such as an instalment offer) applies. You can use this offer as many times as you like as long as you have an available credit limit and your account is in good standing.

During the 4 months’ offer period, the 0.00% balance is included in calculating your monthly repayments. You must make your minimum monthly payment or your 0.00% offer may be removed. Any remaining balance due after the offer period or any transactions under £99.00 will be charged interest at your standard variable rate. Please see the Credit Agreement for more details.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Simply choose collection from Stage Supply when checking out. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect from our North West London warehouse.

How do instalment offers with PayPal Credit work?

Installment offers are only available with PayPal Credit in checkout, not with the PayPal Credit card. With selected merchants, when you check out with PayPal Credit, you’ll be shown a selection of instalment offers which enable you to spread the cost of your purchase across a number of repayments. These instalment offers vary by merchant and allow you to choose a set monthly repayment over a period from 6 to 48 months to help spread the cost of larger purchases in a more manageable way.

Instalment offers will always have an interest rate lower than the standard variable rate, and many merchants offer 0.00% instalments with PayPal Credit. If you already have PayPal Credit, you can take advantage of these offers without having to reapply as long as you have enough available credit limit.

It is important that you think about whether you can afford the monthly repayment for any instalment offer. This will be included in your monthly minimum repayment amount and will need to be paid each month.

If you fail to make repayments or in certain other circumstances, PayPal may remove your offer and any outstanding amount will be charged at your standard variable rate. Please see the Credit Agreement for more details.

How can I avoid paying interest on my promotional offers?

To avoid being charged interest on any 0% p.a. for 4 months purchase, you must repay any remaining balance of that purchase in full during the month that the interest free period expires.

If your PayPal Credit account balance is comprised entirely of purchases at a 0% p.a. for 4 month Promotional Offer, your payments will be allocated to those balance based on the date order in which the promotional offers expire.

Information about any active Promotional Offers and Instalment Plans (such as remaining balances and the expiry dates) can be obtained at any time, by logging into your account on PayPal.com or in the PayPal mobile app.

Warranty & Product Help

What is your warranty policy?

At Stage Supply, we stand behind the gear we sell. Every new product you purchase is automatically covered by a 12-month UK warranty.

Extended Coverage

While our standard protection lasts one year, many manufacturers offer extended warranties at no extra cost, or provide the option to purchase additional coverage directly through them.

Please Note: Certain "consumable" components, such as amplifier tubes and valves, typically carry a shorter 90-day warranty rather than the full year, as is standard across the industry.

Local Warranty Terms

Manufacturer websites or manuals often list global terms that may not apply in the UK. Because regional policies vary, we recommend checking with the Stage Supply team to confirm the specific UK warranty details for your item.

How We Handle Repairs

If your gear develops a fault while under warranty, Stage Supply is happy to manage the logistics for you. We can arrange to collect the item, oversee the professional repair process, and return it to you—usually at no additional cost.

Important Logistics:

  • Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are securely packaged for transit. Stage Supply does not provide packing materials or cover the cost of professional packing services.

  • Authorization: All warranty work must be pre-authorized by Stage Supply. We cannot cover the costs of parts or labor for repairs performed by third parties without our prior consent.

  • Modifications: Please be aware that any unauthorized modifications, alterations, or independent repairs will void your warranty.

How do I report a faulty item?

What to Do if Your Gear Develops a Fault

If you encounter an issue with your equipment that stems from a manufacturing defect, our policy ensures you are supported throughout the life of your warranty.

Within the First 30 Days

If a fault is identified within 30 days of purchase, we will offer an exchange or a full refund whenever possible.

After 30 Days (Within Warranty Period)

Beyond the initial 30-day window and for the duration of your warranty, we will arrange for the item to be repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible at no cost (applies to Mainland UK only).

Collections & Packaging

We can arrange to collect faulty items from you, provided they are securely packaged for transit.

  • Packing Standards: Items must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging or a high-quality equivalent.

  • Customer Responsibility: Stage Supply does not provide free packaging or cover the costs of packing materials. Ensuring the item is safe for transport is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exclusions: Please note that any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty.

Items Damaged Upon Arrival

It is vital that you inspect your delivery immediately.

  • Signing for Delivery: Do not sign for a package unless you are happy with its condition. If you cannot inspect it on the spot, please sign and add a note stating the item is "uninspected."

  • Transit Damage: If you spot damage, sign for the goods as "Damaged" and contact the Stage Supply team within 48 hours.

Reporting a Fault Later On

If your gear develops a problem later in the warranty period and requires a collection for repair, please contact us.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your equipment fails after the warranty has expired, Stage Supply cannot coordinate the repair. In these instances, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or a certified service center directly to discuss repair options and costs.

What about second hand items?

We offer a 90 day parts and labour warranty on all second hand items that we sell. We will need to authorise warranty claims and warranty terms and conditions apply.

Do you provide technical support?

We do, within reason. You're more than welcome to contact us to discuss your issue and we will do our very best to advise.

Do you offer an installation service?

We do. Our team of AV engineers can install your equipment at your venue. Please contact us for more information.
