ChamSys MagicQ & QuickQ Lighting Consoles

MagicQ consoles run shows from small clubs to stadiums, and the ChamSys range at Stage Supply covers the full control chain from a platform still developed in Southampton under Chauvet ownership.

At the top sit the MagicQ MQ500M and MQ500M+ Stadium consoles, with the MQ70 as a compact touring workhorse and MagicQ Rack and DIN formats for installation work. The simpler QuickQ platform, carried here in Rack and DIN versions, covers venues that need results without a dedicated programmer. For operators running MagicQ software on a computer, the Compact Connect, Compact Mini Connect and Compact Wing USB interfaces unlock outputs and add physical faders, with the Stadium Connect programming interface at the top of that range and a bundled Compact package pairing Connect, Wing and case. GeNetix GN2 Ethernet-DMX nodes and the GD10 ten-port RDM splitter handle Art-Net and sACN distribution, and the MagicHD dongle unlocks restricted MagicQ and MagicHD features.

The QuickQ or MagicQ question is really about operators: QuickQ for house staff and simple rigs, MagicQ where a programmer wants full touring control. Our team will give you an honest read on which fits a venue, and trade accounts are available for integrators.
