Head Torches: Ledlenser Rechargeable Head Torches

Head torches keep both hands free, which is what you want up a ladder, inside a rack or working a get-out in the dark. This section holds the Ledlenser H and HF series and the PCE S800 sensor head torch.

The HF4 and HF4R, in their 2026 versions, are the lightweight entry point, in black, forest green or smoky blue: 450 lumens for the HF4 and 650 lumens for the rechargeable HF4R. The Pro range steps up through the HF4R Pro, HF6R Pro, HF7R Pro, H5R Pro and H7R Pro to the H9R Pro at 2,200 lumens and the H15R Pro, which sits at the top of the range for long shifts. The PCE S800 adds a sensor mode and USB-C charging.

Head Torches FAQs

How many lumens do I need? For close work in racks and on connectors, a few hundred lumens is plenty. Higher outputs, such as the H9R Pro at 2,200 lumens, suit lighting a wider area or working outdoors.

Rechargeable or battery? In Ledlenser model names, R marks a rechargeable version, which saves on batteries for daily use. The HF4 is the non-R version of the HF4R.
