    About this Product

    The Audio-Technica U855QL is a 448mm cardioid dynamic gooseneck microphone built for paging and announcement duty. Being dynamic rather than condenser, it needs no phantom power at all, which makes it a straightforward fit for paging amplifiers, older install racks and any system where 48V simply is not available at the input.

    Dynamic, not condenserMost gooseneck microphones in this class are condensers requiring phantom power. The U855QL is a dynamic, so it will work straight into a paging amp or mixer input with no phantom supply. Its 150 Hz to 16 kHz response is tailored to speech rather than full-range programme material.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.
