The Neutrik NBB75DFIX is the antraloy-finish version of Neutrik’s isolated 75-ohm UHD BNC feedthrough chassis connector, in a D-shape housing, for 4K and 8K SDI and video work. Its isolated design separates the connector shell from the chassis, breaking ground loops on panel-mounted BNC feeds and eliminating a common source of hum and interference in broadcast and AV installs.
Why isolated? An isolated BNC keeps the connector body electrically separated from the metal panel it mounts in, preventing chassis ground loops from injecting noise into the video or RF signal path. Essential where multiple pieces of equipment share a common rack or panel.
