The Global Truss left-hand hinge conical (Standard series) is a tower-erection aid for ground-support builds: fitted at the tower base, it lets the assembled truss tower be tilted up into the vertical rather than built in the air. L and R versions differ in the position of the cones relative to the erection direction; an F34 tower uses two left and two right.
