Can this be used on a 100V line?

No. This is a low impedance model and must not be connected to a 100V line. Pair it with a suitable low impedance amplifier channel. Confusing the two is a common specification error on multi-room installs.

How many rack units does this take?

It occupies 1U of a standard 19 inch rack. Allow for cable depth behind the unit and for ventilation above and below it when planning the rack layout.

How long is the warranty?

10 years as standard, covered by the manufacturer warranty. Keep your order confirmation, as it is the proof of purchase date for any claim.

The Lab Gruppen CA2402 is a 2 channel commercial install amplifier delivering 240 W per channel into both Low-Z (4/8 ohm) and Hi-Z (70 V / 100 V) loads, making it equally suited to background music systems, retail, hospitality and conference room install work. Energy Star certified with a fanless convection cooled design, the CA2402 runs silently and drops into auto standby after 20 minutes of inactivity to minimise consumption.

We’re a working touring and events production company founded in 2019 by sound engineers with many years of experience.

We’re very selective about the products we sell. Everything we supply we use ourselves on our tours, events and productions. This means we can offer a level of buying advice and aftersales support that can’t be beaten.

Why are you cheaper than everyone else?

We're an AV production company as well as a retailer. Sharing staff and premises between the two allows us to keep our costs down.

As AV Engineers ourselves, our mission is to provide high quality equipment to other AV Professionals at reasonable prices.

Can I return an item?

Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused.

If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. For items in stock we aim to get your order to you within 1 - 3 working days.

Some items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. These may have longer lead times which will be estimated on the product page. Please contact us for a more accurate lead time.

Can I collect from you?

Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.

Yes. We can install across the UK.
