The Masterplug WP23TM24 is a single 13A outdoor socket with a built-in 24 hour mechanical timer, set in 15 minute segments, plus an override switch for permanent on. It holds its IP66 rating with a plug inserted and the cover closed, so it suits festoon, garden, marquee and exterior signage lighting that needs to come on and off at set times. The hinged see-through cover is lockable and has a neck that clears most bulky moulded plugs, and the LED power indicator is visible through it.
InstallationThis is a hard-wired fixed outlet. It should be installed by a qualified electrician in line with BS 7671.
