Peli 1510 Protector Case: Black (No Foam)
The 1510 is the case you see coming off every touring flight case trolley and out of every camera department, Peli built it to the maximum airline carry-on size, so a radio mic rack, a camera body and lenses, or a laptop and interface travels in the cabin with you rather than in the hold. Watertight to IP67, rated from −40 °C to +87.8 °C, and certified to DEF STAN 81-41. Supplied here empty, ready for your own foam or dividers.

Confirm your carrier’s exact dimensions and weight limit before you travel, particularly on regional turboprop and single-aisle short-haul routes, where hold-stowage is common regardless of case size.
Supplied empty: no foamThis is the no-foam configuration. The matching four-piece foam set (Peli 1511, part 1510-400-000) is sold separately and drops straight in, as do TrekPak and padded divider sets.

Peli Full 1510 Foam Set – 4 Piece Replacement (1511)
The full four-piece replacement foam set for the Peli 1510 Protector Case, Peli’s own part 1510-400-000, catalogued globally as the 1511. Two layers of pre-scored Pick N Pluck base foam let you tear a bespoke cavity for your kit in a few minutes without a knife or a CNC quote, while the convoluted lid foam holds everything down against the closed lid. The correct replacement when the original foam in a working case has compressed, absorbed moisture, or been plucked for a job you no longer run.

Fits
Foam is not covered by the case guaranteePeli’s Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to the case itself, it expressly excludes contents and foam. Foam is a wear item; plan on replacing it periodically in hire stock and heavy touring use.
Plucking guidancePeli recommend leaving at least 25 mm of foam between your equipment and the case wall. Lay the kit on the foam, mark the outline, and pluck one square at a time: you cannot put the squares back.
