120mm² single-core H07RN-F is the standard CSA for 400A 3-phase generator tails terminated to Powerlock or Camlok 400A connectors. Cable weight at this CSA is significant — plan for mechanical handling, jack stands and proper drum reeling. Always size protection and conductor selection to BS 7671 and the relevant generator output spec.
