About this Product

The BSS BLU-HIF is a telephone headset interface for Soundweb London systems, connecting the headset jack of a VoIP or digital phone to the AEC input and analogue output of a BLU device. It lets an existing desk phone act as the dialling interface and hybrid for a conference system, avoiding the programming and cost of a third-party control system.

Wiring Note

BSS recommends feeding the Rx (far-side) channel to an AEC input rather than a standard analogue input, so the AEC algorithm removes phone side-tone. The Tx (near-side) channel connects to a standard analogue output.
