The Biamp Tesira AMP-450P is a four-channel Class D conferencing amplifier powered entirely over PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Class 4, 30 W), designed as a dedicated endpoint in Tesira systems. It delivers 3 W of continuous power per channel with a burst mode handling peaks up to 50 W into 4 Ω or 30 W into 8 Ω per channel, with output channels software-configurable for power versus channel count. With no mains feed required and fanless convection cooling, it can be placed right next to the ceiling loudspeakers it drives, which simplifies cabling in TesiraFORTE-equipped conference rooms.
