The Lab Gruppen E12:2 is a two-channel, 1,200 W install amplifier delivering 2 × 600 W from a shallow 1U chassis just 276 mm deep and 4.2 kg. Each channel switches between Lo-Z loads down to 2 Ω and 70 V constant-voltage lines, with asymmetric loading across the pair, making it a compact engine for background music, paging and small performance systems. Energy Star certification, sub-1 W standby and the efficient IDEEA Class-D stage keep running costs and rack heat to a minimum.

RSL mode and 8/16 Ω loadsThe per-channel RSL switch sets the limiter for Lo-Z or 70 V operation, and it affects available power: an 8 Ω load gets the full 600 W only in 70 V mode (Lo-Z gives 300 W), and a 16 Ω load gets 310 W in 70 V mode (Lo-Z gives 150 W). The amplifier can also deliver 600 W to a 100 V line tapped at 1,200 W. Match the switch to the connected load during commissioning.
