    The Shure KSM137/SL is a end-address cardioid condenser{” if v[1]==’single’ else ‘s’} built around a 2.5-micron gold-layered diaphragm and Class A transformerless preamp, the studio instrument mic for acoustic guitar, overheads, strings and piano, with 14dB self-noise and a pad system that takes it to 170dB SPL for brass and drums. Supplied as one mic with case, windscreen and stand clip.
