    3-pin vs 5-pin

    The DMX standard specifies 5-pin XLR, but 3-pin is the de-facto connector on the vast majority of entertainment lighting fixtures. Use this lead for any fixture or console with 3-pin XLR DMX ports.

    DMX cable is a 110Ω data cable, not 75Ω mic cable. Using mic cable on DMX runs causes flicker, dropped commands and erratic fixture behaviour — especially on long runs or with many fixtures in chain.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Brent Cross, North West London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.

    Yes. Through Moventra we can install across the UK.
