Stage Supply resumes operations from new warehouse

We’re pleased to announce that we are now fully operational. Orders are shipping as normal, our team is here, and it’s business as usual.

Some of you will already know that our Oxgate House, London premises was destroyed by a devastating fire, along with over 100 other businesses’ premises. We want to reassure every customer that it has not changed what we do or how we look after you.

In the weeks since, we’ve done more than simply recover. We’ve rebuilt, and used the opportunity to come back stronger:

Fully operational supply – stock is moving, orders are being fulfilled, and lead times are back to normal.

Upgraded infrastructure – we’ve rebuilt our systems on more resilient, modern foundations, so we’re better equipped than ever to keep your orders flowing without interruption.

The same team, the same service. The people you deal with, the technical know-how, and the support you rely on are all exactly where you left them.

If you’re a production company, venue, installer or AV professional planning a job, nothing has changed about your ability to depend on us. 

Thank you. To every customer and supplier who stuck with us, checked in, and kept ordering. It genuinely meant a lot, and it’s a big part of why we’re back on our feet so quickly.

We’re proud of how the team responded, and we’re looking ahead. There’s more to come, and we’re glad to be doing it alongside the AV community that’s backed us from the start.
