The Allen & Heath Qu-SB is an ultra-compact 18-in / 14-out digital mixer with no physical control surface at all, operated entirely from the Qu-Pad iPad app over Wi-Fi. Part of the Qu Classic line, it carries the same AnalogiQ preamps, RackFX processing and Qu-Drive recorder as the rest of that family in a chassis small enough to live in a flightcase lid or a shallow rack, which makes it a practical mix solution for bands, corporate AV and venues where the engineer needs to work from the room rather than a fixed mix position.

Tablet control onlyQu-SB has no faders and no touchscreen. All mixing is done from the free Qu-Pad app on an iPad, so a tablet and a reliable wireless router are required to operate it. If you need onboard control as a fallback, the Qu-Pac adds a built-in touchscreen; the current-generation Qu-5, Qu-6 and Qu-7 add motorised faders.
