    The Elumen8 Showsafe CONN404 is a 7-pin Socapex line female socket with an 11-21mm cable gland, designed specifically for chain-hoist motor control connections used in rigging trusses and points across UK touring, theatre and event production.

    Application7-pin Socapex is the industry-standard control connector for chain-hoist motors used in truss rigging. The 11-21mm gland is sized for typical 7-core motor control cable. Pair with CONN406 (male line plug) for the cable end and CONN405/CONN407 for panel mounting on hoist controllers.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.

    Yes. Through Moventra we can install across the UK.
