In the UK, 606–614 MHz is available under the Ofcom shared (licence-exempt for PMSE purposes) arrangement, while the rest of the range needs a coordinated Ofcom PMSE licence. Buy the band you are licensed for, and coordinate frequencies with anyone else working the same site.
