The Biamp Tesira EX-UBT is a PoE-powered expander that transports USB digital audio and Bluetooth wireless audio anywhere on a Tesira network. Because it is not bound by the 5 m maximum USB cable length, it suits installations where the USB connection point is nowhere near the rack, projects needing multiple USB audio inputs, and Tesira SERVER or SERVER-IO systems that have no on-board USB. Bluetooth support adds cable-free soft-codec conferencing, mobile call hand-off into a meeting room, or background music feeds in hospitality settings.
