The Biamp TesiraCONNECT TC-5D is the central connection point for Biamp and Dante devices in a conference room, carrying power and media over a single category cable per device. Four of its five Gigabit RJ-45 ports supply PoE+ to endpoints such as Tesira AVB DSPs, amplifiers and microphones, while the fifth handles the DSP uplink or daisy-chaining, and it bridges up to 32×32 channels of Dante audio into the Tesira AVB network. It works out of the box with no device configuration, removing the need for a third-party switch, and its small chassis mounts to a wall, under a table or above the ceiling.
