The Shure BLX188UK/CVL-K3E is the K3E band variant of the Shure BLX analogue UHF wireless system. The system ships with a BLX88 dual-channel tabletop receiver, two bodypack transmitters and two Shure Centraverse CVL cardioid condenser lavaliers. It is intended for presenters, houses of worship, conference and theatre applications that need two simultaneous lavalier channels.
Licensing
In the UK, 606 to 613.5 MHz falls under Ofcom’s Channel 38 shared licence; frequencies above 613.5 MHz within the K3E tuning range require a site-specific coordinated PMSE licence from Ofcom. Operators must hold the appropriate licence before use.
