The single most important detail is the band code in brackets: a PSM 900 P9RA+ in K1E only works with a P9T transmitter in K1E, and the same applies across every brand, so always match receiver and transmitter band exactly. Receivers also only pair within their own series; a PSM 300 pack will not talk to a PSM 900 transmitter. Beyond band matching, look at whether the pack offers frequency scanning (the P3RA does, the standard P3R does not), the battery format, and limiter behaviour, which matters for hearing protection over long shows. If you are adding packs to an existing rig, count your available frequencies before buying rather than after.
