About this Product

A half-rack Dante output converter turning four Dante channels into four balanced line outputs on Euroblock connectors, with four channels of Dante output as well so sources within the network can be picked up and re-sent. Part of the Dante Compact Processor Series, its distinguishing feature is the onboard DSP, mixing, EQ, dynamics, auto-ducking and ambient noise compensation, which lets a small system run without a separate processor. PoE powered.

A complete small system without a DSP boxBecause each Dante Compact Processor unit carries its own DSP, mixer, EQ, dynamics, auto level control, ducking, routing and noise compensation, a meeting room or small install can go from microphone to powered speaker without a separate processor in the chain. Configuration uses Tascam DCP Connect; end users get the simpler EZ Connect app. Both are included, for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.
Euroblock, not XLRThis is the Euroblock (-E) variant. If your install needs XLR analogue outputs, specify the ML-4D/OUT-X instead, the units are otherwise equivalent.
