Lighting Consoles

Official Avolites flightcases and travel cases for the current console range: Quartz, Tiger Touch 2, Sapphire Touch, Arena and the D3-110, plus a dedicated case for the Tiger Touch 2 wing. Each is built around its console’s exact footprint, protecting faders, encoders and touchscreens in transit.

Fit is everything with a console case, which is why the manufacturer’s own case for the exact model is the low-risk route: the cutouts and internal clearances land where Avolites intended, and nothing presses on a screen when the lid closes. Match the case to the precise console variant, because footprints differ enough across the range that cases do not interchange. Where a desk travels in a van with the same operator every week, the lighter travel case option for the Quartz keeps weight down; for hire stock, shared truck packs or anything flown, the full flightcase is the safer default.

A cased console still needs its rig around it, and DMX distribution, nodes and cabling sit in the Lighting and Cables & Power categories.

Console Case FAQs

Why the official Avolites case? Built to the exact footprint, faders, encoders and touchscreens land in cut foam, not approximation. Quartz through Sapphire Touch and the TT2 wing all have dedicated builds.

Case or padded bag for a desk? Any console that travels in shared transport gets a case; bags serve single-operator car moves only. The rule of thumb is in the cases guide.
