The unglamorous items matter too. Dust covers and soft cases protect mixers in multi-use halls where the desk is packed away between events, which is most schools and community venues. IP-rated connector covers keep outdoor terminations serviceable. Replacement brackets keep an install going when a speaker has to come down and the original hardware has walked.
