Uplighters

Battery-powered and wired LED uplighters for event production, venue dressing and architectural colour washes. The range is built around Chauvet DJ’s Freedom series, including the Freedom Par H9 IP, Freedom Flex H9 and free-standing Freedom Stick X4, alongside LEDJ’s Rapid QB1 family, ADJ Element kits and further fixtures from Equinox and Chauvet Professional. Multi-fixture packs supplied with charging flight cases cover wedding and corporate event work, where eight or more heads per room is normal.

Colour engine is the first decision. RGBA mixes warmer ambers for venue uplighting, RGBW gives cleaner whites, and HEX six-colour fixtures add amber, white and UV alongside RGB for richer pastels and blacklight effects. Check the IP rating if any part of the job is outdoors; marquee and courtyard work needs weather-rated housings like the Freedom Par H9 IP. White housings sit discreetly against pale venue walls, black suits stage use. On battery fixtures, weigh charge logistics as heavily as runtime: packs that include a multi-way charging case save real time on load-out, and spare lithium batteries such as the QB1 pack keep heads working across back-to-back events. Most fixtures also accept wired DMX512 control for installed or console-driven shows.
